I contacted Robin when I wanted to replace my dying lawn and heavy water using plants with more drought resistant plantings. I am a landscape contractor who has installed several of Robin’s designs. What impresses me most about her is that she takes the time to get to know her clients and what they want in their garden. She creates plans based on their desires – which isn’t the case with all landscape designers. I have found some designers get stuck in a rut, creating the same design over and over again. Our experience with Robin has been wonderful! We had wanted to landscape our yard for many years. Like many of our neighbors in Palo Alto, we let our front lawn die to conserve water during the drought. It became clear to us that we wanted to replace our lawn with low water plants, but we didn’t know where to start. We contacted Robin to help us.
