STEP #2: Let’s Dream

During my visit, I listen to your ideas and learn about your “wish list.” Together, we identify your design priorities and discuss the potential budget and timing of your project.

STEP #3: Designing It

I craft custom designs showing potential layouts for your new landscape– from hardscape to plants. I also create a photo “Ideabook” to show examples of specific elements.

We meet to review the initial designs, and I incorporate your feedback, revising the designs as necessary, to make sure you get the garden you want.

STEP #4: Getting Specific

I prepare detailed Final Design Plans used by landscape contractors to bid and install your project. Final Plans include: Demolition, Hardscape Layout, and Planting with Irrigation Hydrozones.

STEP #5: Making It Real

If desired, I can help facilitate the contractor selection process by recommending qualified landscape contractors and reviewing bids. During construction I can be a resource – for both you and your contractor – to discuss design elements, answer questions, review plant selections, and monitor progress of your project.
